As we expand our regional footprint and digital presence, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Director to lead all aspects of brand strategy, digital campaigns, content development, and lead generation.
Position Overview
As Marketing Director, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, brand awareness, and service expansion in the Dallas, Houston, and broader Texas markets. This role combines leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Reports To: Founder & Executive Director
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising
Oversee website content, landing pages, and blog strategy to drive traffic and conversions
Build brand identity and messaging across all markets and platforms
Collaborate with leadership to support regional expansion and launch targeted campaigns
Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, or vendors for graphic design, PPC, PR, etc.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI
Lead local and statewide initiatives to promote Terrance PI as the premier choice in Texas investigative services
Oversee the creation of brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and other collateral for B2C and legal clients
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of proven success in marketing leadership, ideally in legal, private services, or investigative fields
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, local SEO, and lead generation
Experience managing paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube)
Strong skills in content strategy, storytelling, and marketing automation
Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
Ability to lead with creativity and strategy while managing details and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing professional services (law firms, private investigators, finance, insurance, etc.)
Knowledge of the Texas legal or PI regulatory environment
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM and intake workflows (Zoho, HubSpot, Clio, etc.)
