We are seeking a Regional Investigations Director to lead our growing field team across key metro areas. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced investigator ready to manage operations, ensure legal compliance, and oversee case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a regional team of private investigators and surveillance personnel

  • Oversee day-to-day investigative operations across assigned cities or metro regions

  • Assign, monitor, and manage caseloads while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Ensure all investigations adhere to Texas state laws, company protocols, and ethical standards

  • Conduct high-level or complex investigations, as needed (surveillance, interviews, evidence collection)

  • Serve as point of contact for law firms, insurance companies, and high-profile clients in your region

  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring, training, and performance evaluations

  • Analyze investigative results and prepare summaries and reports for legal use

  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all levels of casework and team communication

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Private Investigator License required

  • Minimum 7 years of investigative experience (law enforcement, private sector, or military background a plus)

  • 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or regional management role

  • Deep knowledge of Texas family law, surveillance protocols, and digital evidence procedures

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments

  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication, and client-facing experience

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to travel within assigned region as

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience managing multi-location PI teams

    • Background in legal case coordination or expert witness testimony

    • Familiarity with investigative tools: GPS tracking, digital forensics, report software, and covert equipment

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
