Who We Hire
We’re looking for individuals who are:

Licensed Private Investigators (or working toward licensure in Texas)

Veterans, former law enforcement, or experienced surveillance professionals

Detail-oriented, reliable, and ethical

Skilled in documentation, observation, and reporting

Comfortable working in the field with flexible hours (including nights/weekends)
Leadership
Supervise a team of investigators, manage case assignments, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure quality control. Requires extensive investigative experience and strong leadership skills.
Investigators
Conduct investigations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare reports for various case types. Requires strong investigative and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Support
Manage case files, communicate with clients, and coordinate investigative activities. Requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
