The Investigation
Four nights in Houston. A restaurant on the west side. A parking garage downtown. A residential complex that Marcus had no professional reason to visit. And a pattern that repeated itself with the kind of regularity that only happens when someone has been doing something long enough to feel comfortable.
Here is how it went.
On the first evening of surveillance, our investigator established a position near Marcus’s Houston-area workplace before his reported end of day. His vehicle was confirmed in the parking structure.
